(Senior) Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Due to the good order situation our partner Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft offers you the possibility to start as a (Senior) Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d) in Kaufering near Munich. For this position, you are employed as an external employee (m/f/d) at Academic Work and work as a consultant at our client on site. The collaboration is initially limited to 18 months. • design and implementation of embedded software for Hilti IoT products
• development of embedded software for networked devices and modules
• specify requirements for new IoT solutions
• support and further development of the SW architecture and the specification of the interfaces

• Successfully completed university or technical training in informatics, software engineering or related fields
• Business fluent in English (C1), knowledge in german is an advantage
• Knowledge of common programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Python) as well as knowledge of agile SW development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LwM2M, Rest), IoT security (TLS, DTLS, certificates) and Wireless protocols (NFC, BLE, Wifi, NB-IOT, LTE CAT-M, 4G)
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems, embedded Linux, Keil RTX, RTOS Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
