About the role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will manage order processing and supply chain coordination for a defined B2B customer base. You will collaborate closely with logistics, warehouses, and global headquarters to ensure a seamless flow of products. This is a full-time contract position through Academic Work.

Work tasks

This role involves managing the end-to-end sales operations cycle, focusing on order entry, logistics coordination, and invoicing for the EMEA region.

  • Provide comprehensive internal and external product support for your assigned customer base.
  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in accordance with corporate guidelines and sales directions.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth product flows.
  • Arrange and track product deliveries in close cooperation with headquarters, warehouses, and logistics providers.
  • Provide real-time delivery status updates and high-quality service to customers.
  • Manage invoicing, monitor account statuses with Credit Control to avoid overdues, and secure KPI achievements.
  • Handle samples, product recalls, and returns smoothly as required.

We are looking for

  • Education: University degree in a commercial field, or an equivalent commercial education/experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience within a Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain role in a fast-paced B2B corporate environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Semiconductor or Electronics industry is a strong advantage.
  • Systems: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is highly favored.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-oriented mindset, strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under minimal supervision.
