About the role

As an Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d), you are the central interface between customers, sales, logistics, and internal teams. You look after your own customer base, coordinate orders and deliveries, and ensure that everyone involved is kept up to date at all times.

Work tasks

  • Entry and processing of customer orders in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Coordination of the supply chain to ensure a smooth flow of goods
  • Organization of deliveries in coordination with warehouses and logistics service providers
  • Monitoring of the invoicing process in accordance with KPI targets
  • Proactive communication with customers regarding the current delivery status
  • Coordination with Credit Control to monitor the account status
  • Management of product samples, recalls, and returns

We are looking for

  • Professional experience in the field of Inside Sales, Sales Operations, internal sales, or order processing
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international B2B environment
  • Business fluent communication in English (C1)
  • Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and willingness to learn
  • Confident handling of MS Office

An advantage is

  • User knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry
