As the primary point of contact for your customer base, you ensure that customers feel exceptionally well looked after – you inform proactively, resolve requests, and coordinate in the background with logistics and sales. Work tasks
The role encompasses the comprehensive administrative support of sales processes as well as proactive interface communication between customers, logistics, and internal teams.
- Entry and processing of customer orders in accordance with company guidelines
- Supply chain coordination and close cooperation with internal specialist departments
- Organization of deliveries in coordination with warehouses and logistics service providers
- Monitoring of accounting and ensuring correct invoicing
- Monitoring of payment status in cooperation with accounts receivable
- Management of product samples, recalls, and returns
- Providing real-time updates on delivery status for customers
Requierements
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, customer care, Account Coordination, or similar
- Experience from a fast-paced, customer-intensive environment (high-volume / fast-paced)
- Strong service and communication skills, multitasking, and friendliness
- Business fluent communication in English (C1)
- Willingness to learn and confident handling of MS Office
An advantage is
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Background in the automotive sector
- Degree with a focus on International Business
