Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) in Munich. You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site. This is a fixed-term position for a duration of 1.5 years.

Work tasks

• You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• You provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
• You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
• Manage samples, recalls and returns for the products as required

We are looking for

• University degree in business-related fields or equivalent commercial education
• 2 years experience within a B2B Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
• Very good English (C1) and German (B1)

Nice to have:

• Experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry advantageous
