ERP Consultant (m/f/d)

About the role

Our partner company – a publicly listed European market leader in e-health and logistics – is looking for you as an ERP Consultant (m/f/d) to reinforce their internal ERP team of 50 experts.

In this role, you will take ownership in migrating a highly customized Warehouse Management System (WMS) environment from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to D365 FO.

Work tasks

• WMS Transformation & Migration: Key player in driving the evolution and migration from MS Dynamics AX 2009 to D365 FO, focusing on inbound and outbound logistics as well as sales and purchasing integrations.
• Testing & Shopfloor Support: Take full ownership of testing custom developments and optimizing user interfaces directly on-site in the logistics warehouse.
• Third-Party Integrations: Lead the integration of external logistics service providers and software vendors into the ERP/WMS setup.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with ERP architects, external consultants, developers, and logistics team leads on the warehouse floor.
• Agile Collaboration: Maintain documentation and manage process steps within an agile ERP setup using Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 5 years of functional ERP experience in consulting or application support, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 / D365 FO.
• Proven hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics processes directly on the floor.
• Willingness to work on-site 3 days a week in Sevenum (NL) paired with strong analytical and out-of-the-box problem-solving skills for customized environments.
• Fluent in English (core team language); German is a plus for on-site shopfloor support. Due to strict data compliance standards, residence and work location within the EU is mandatory.
