About the role
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support the development of electronics for innovative power tools. You’ll help design, test, and optimize new concepts and assist with measurement tasks to ensure top performance and readiness for production. Your Benefits:

Work tasks
Join the team and bring your passion for power electronics to life – from lab testing all the way to production. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of key measurement activities and play a vital part in developing high-performance motor control systems for next-generation power tools.
- Lead development and testing of motor-control electronics from concept to production.
- Collaborate with electronics, software, and motor teams to solve technical challenges and enhance performance.
- Create clear, structured documentation and test reports to ensure traceable and methodical development workflows.
- Support component selection and circuit optimization in power electronics (e.g., MOSFETs), and assist with soldering and prototyping.
We are looking for
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with a passion for electronics and a drive to turn ideas into reality. You’re a great fit if you have the following qualities:
- Language: strong communication skills in English
- Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, embedded systems, power engineering, or equivalent technician qualification (e.g., state-certified technician).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in electronics design and commissioning (power electronics and drives).
- Practical laboratory work with hands-on experience.
- Voltage measurement and Current measurement.
Nice to have:
- Language: German
- Software skills (Motorcontrol)
- Hands-on experience in soldering.
