About the role
For our Partner Samsung Semiconductor Europe GmbH we are looking for an Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to act on their new site in Munich. You are employed with us and work with our partner on-site.

Work tasks
- You are responsible for the care and smooth flow of customer orders in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- You provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status
- You are responsible for an accurate invoicing process according to company guidelines and KPI targets
- Manage samples, recalls and returns for the products as required
We are looking for
- University degree in business-related fields or equivalent commercial education
- 2 years experience within a B2B Customer Service/Supply Chain environment of a multinational company
- Very good English (C1) and German (B1)
Nice to have:
- Experience within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry advantageous
