Team Lead IT Security (f/m/x)

As our partner company keeps growing, it offers you the opportunity to start with them as Team Lead IT Security (m/f/d) in the area of Engineering in Munich or Stuttgart (Oberkochen).

This position is a direct placement. In agreement with our partner company, the application process will be completely managed by Academic Work.

• Leading a team of six IT Security Engineers that implement and develop IT Security
• Draft, evaluate, implement and constantly improve solutions in IT Operations
• Support IT Service owners in fulfilling IT Security standards, ensure its compliance
• Oversea all projects your team is working on, lead / motivate and act as a coach
• Drive strategic-/ technical alignment with other IT functions and Business Units (Information Security)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, IT Security or equivalent work experience
• Good understanding of M365 / Cloud application Security, Cloud Security, on-premise Infrastructure Security
• Profund experience in IT Operations on enterprise level
• Fluency in English

It is meritorious if you have

• Previous experience e.g. in IT Security Engineering, Security Architecture or Project Management
• First or profund experience as team head for a virtual team
• German language skills
