About the role

Our innovation partner in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) to support the legal department.

Work tasks

As a team assistant (m/f/d), you will use your organizational skills to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the legal department which is operation globaly. You will support your colleagues on various topics:

  • Administrative tasks and support of the team in daily tasks
  • Creation of meeting minutes
  • Planning and coordination of meetings and appointmentsnen
  • Maintenance of databases and systems

We are looking for

  • Commercial expertise: Completed commercial training forms the basis for your work.
  • IT skills: Good knowledge of all common MS Office programs is a matter of course for you.
  • Language skills: conversational German (B2) and fluent English skills (C1) are essential for communication in an international environment.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Knowledge of data management systems (e.g. CRM or similar)
  • Initial experience in the pharmaceutical or legal sector

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
