About the role
Our innovation partner in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) to support the legal department.

Work tasks
As a team assistant (m/f/d), you will use your organizational skills to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the legal department which is operation globaly. You will support your colleagues on various topics:
- Administrative tasks and support of the team in daily tasks
- Creation of meeting minutes
- Planning and coordination of meetings and appointmentsnen
- Maintenance of databases and systems
We are looking for
- Commercial expertise: Completed commercial training forms the basis for your work.
- IT skills: Good knowledge of all common MS Office programs is a matter of course for you.
- Language skills: conversational German (B2) and fluent English skills (C1) are essential for communication in an international environment.
It is meritorious if you have
- Knowledge of data management systems (e.g. CRM or similar)
- Initial experience in the pharmaceutical or legal sector
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
