About the role

Act as system user of RxLogics in the context of compliance/KPI output creation and of the ROD module for systematic tracking and archiving/filing of Corrective and Preventive Actions to ensure the timely implementation and closure via system tool and/or manually

Work tasks

  • Coordination of planned CAPA activities with relevant CAPA stakeholders
  • Collection of implemented items
  • Review/QC evidence ensure consistency with the CAPA plan
  • Support other administrative activities in the PV quality management area as needed such as: Pharmacovigilance System Master File, Audits and Inspections, Procedural Documents and Training
  • Contribute to global projects part of the global Quality, Compliance and PSMF team to enhance the Company's Global PV Quality Management System

We are looking for

  • English (B2 -C1)
  • Course of study in a scientific field or quality oriented area

It is advantageous if you have

  • Experience in handling of ICSRs/ case processing knowledge
  • Experience in working on Pharmacovigilance CAPAs or alternatively an experienced pharmacovigilance auditor
  • Experience in managing CAPAs or GVP Audit experience
  • Good knowledge in European PV legislation Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
