About the role

We offer you the opportunity to start as an IoT Test- and Integration Engineer (m/f/d) in Kaufering near Munich with our partner, Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft. We will hire you and you will work for our partner on site. Work tasks

  • Integration and testing of new devices for Hilti’s Data Driven Services and Connected Tool Services
  • Organize the test- and project activities with external partners, international development and market organizations
  • Development and execution of end-to-end functional and non-functional tests along the development cycle for solutions that include hardware, embedded software, connectivity (cellular), cloud platforms and web & mobile applications.
  • Define and perform integration and end-to-end tests for the different solutions in order to ensure a seamless customer experience

We are looking for

  • Language: English (C1)
  • Education: Bachelor degree in computer science, electrical engineering and / or telecommunication
  • Skills: Knowledge of modern embedded development and debugging tools (eg. JIRA, Jazz, Git, Confluence, Sharepoint)
  • Experience in integrating, testing and debugging distributed systems composed by hardware, embedded software, gateways, cloud services and web/mobile applications

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience in setting up build pipelines for CI/CD (GitLab), test automation and scripting tests and simulations.
  • Knowledge within embedded and cellular products, modules, gateways, or IoT devices
