About the role

Due to the good order situation our partner Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft offers you the possibility to start as Chemical Regulatory Affairs Assistant (m/f/d) in Kaufering. For this position, you are employed as an external employee at Academic Work and work as a consultant at our client on site. The collaboration is initially limited to 18 months.

Work tasks

  • Update and maintenance of Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
  • Checking raw materials hazard classification and regulatory status
  • Product registration acc. to requirements specified within the EU
  • Preparation of regulatory declarations and keeping product data records acc. to worldwide specifications
  • Assisting with the monitoring & evaluation of relevant regulations incl. the implementation of regulatory changes

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences (preferably in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, toxicology), or similar chemical vocational training (chemical laboratory technician, chemical technical assistant etc.)
  • Nice-to-have: Knowledge of chemical regulations like REACH and ability to SDS creation
  • Good English and German language skills

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
